Email reminders to submit progress updates

How do I enable email reminders?

For a new or existing progress indicator...

  1. Ensure the 'Status' is set to 'Active'.

  2. (Optional) Add an end date if you'd like reminders to stop after a certain date.

  3. Set 'How often should progress updates be submitted?' to either 'Weekly', 'Monthly' or 'Quarterly',

  4. Save your changes.

When will email reminders be sent?

The last Wednesday before the end of the week, month or quarter (depending on which reporting period has been selected).

Email reminders will not be sent if...

  • There are existing progress updates for the reporting period. I.e. if an update has already been submitted for the desired reporting period there is no need to remind people to submit another update.

  • The progress indicator does not have the 'Status' of 'Active'.

  • The current date is before the start date for the progress indicator.

  • The current date is after the end date (if set) for the progress indicator.

Who will receive email reminders?

Contacts who have an Ochre user account listed as 'Owners' under the 'Team' section of an Initiative.

Contacts who have an Ochre user accound listed as 'Owners' under the 'People' section of a Goal.
